Product Marketing & User Engagement Intern (Beca FUO)

About the role

IFF is looking for a proactive Product Marketing & User Engagement intern to support the growth and adoption of AIVA, its internal digital application used across manufacturing sites worldwide. The internship sits within the Global Digital Manufacturing Solutions team and reports to the Product Owner. It can be based in Oviedo (Asturias) or Barcelona, depending on the selected candidate and university agreement.

Key responsibilities

• Create communications about new AIVA features, success stories and best practices, including newsletters, announcements, intranet posts, user spotlights and promotional material
• Support communication campaigns that raise awareness and adoption of AIVA across global manufacturing sites, and translate technical updates into clear messages for end users
• Build relationships with AIVA users worldwide, grow a global community of users and champions, and facilitate knowledge sharing and user stories
• Gather informal feedback and improvement ideas from manufacturing sites, help onboard new users and support feature adoption
• Create presentations, training materials, user guides, FAQs, videos and tutorials, and support demonstrations of new functionality
• Take part in team meetings and collaborate with developers and product owners to stay informed about software development processes

Required profile

• Student or recent graduate eligible for a university internship of at least 6 months
• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, Industrial Engineering, Innovation Management, Information Systems or a related field
• Fluent English and Spanish
• Interest in communications, marketing, change management, employee engagement or digital products
• Organized, proactive and able to manage several activities at once

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (PowerPoint, Teams, Excel)
• Experience with Canva, SharePoint, video editing or content creation tools is a plus

What we offer

• Internship of minimum 6 months, up to 12 months, in a hybrid format (3 days on site, 2 days remote)
