Family Engagement Manager

About the role

The Family Engagement Manager will develop and implement strategies that encourage active participation of families in the school community at Laude San Pedro International College. Working closely with staff, students, and parents, the manager will create a welcoming environment that supports the ISP principles of wellbeing, safety, respect, and continuous improvement. This role is essential for fostering strong partnerships that enhance student success.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement family engagement strategies that align with school goals and ISP principles.
• Organise events and programmes that foster family participation and strengthen community ties.
• Communicate regularly with families to keep them informed and involved in school activities.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of engagement initiatives and adjust approaches as needed.

Required profile

• Experience in community engagement or a related field.
• Degree in education, communications, or a related discipline.

• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to build relationships with diverse families.
• Event planning and organisational capabilities to coordinate successful family programmes.
