About the role

Ambes Advocats, a boutique law firm specialised in Family Law, is expanding its team in Barcelona. The firm seeks a qualified Family Law Lawyer with 3 to 6 years of post‑qualification experience to work on high‑value national and cross‑border matters for Spanish and international clients.

Key responsibilities

• Handle divorce, child‑arrangement, and financial proceedings, including related litigation.
• Provide strategic advice to expatriate and cross‑border families.
• Negotiate settlements and represent clients in court.
• Draft legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence with precision.
• Maintain direct client contact and build long‑term relationships.

Required profile

• 3‑6 years of post‑qualification experience in Family Law.
• Strong litigation, negotiation and advocacy abilities.
• Fluent English (C1 or higher) and professional proficiency in Spanish and Catalan.
• Client‑focused, empathetic and proactive attitude.
• Motivation to continue learning and develop within an international practice.
