Fan Experience Manager - Kings League

About the role

Kings League is a 7-a-side football league with teams chaired by top streamers and content creators, combining football and e-sports. As Fan Experience Manager, you will lead the strategy and execution of the matchday fan experience across its global leagues, deepening supporter engagement and unlocking commercial value. You will coordinate with internal stakeholders to deliver consistent, high-impact activations on matchday, balancing big-picture strategy with hands-on delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to increase supporter engagement and generate commercial value through the matchday experience.
• Ensure fan experience plans and matchday initiatives are delivered effectively and aligned with agreed objectives and timelines.
• Develop business cases and proposals for new fan experience initiatives and matchday enhancements.
• Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators and report on outcomes.
• Work with internal stakeholders to align fan experience with the overall brand, commercial partnerships and matchday activations.
• Plan, develop and implement matchday fan engagement initiatives and contribute ideas to shape a consistent experience.
• Gather and analyse fan feedback and performance data to drive continuous improvement.
• Source vendors and partner with operations, commercial, product and marketing to deliver engaging events.

Required profile

• Demonstrable experience in a similar role within marketing, events or fan engagement.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
• Passion for sports and enhancing fan experiences.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage multiple projects at once.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, relevant AI platforms and other marketing tools.
