Social Media Intern

About the role

Zurich Duo is seeking a curious and motivated Social Media Intern to join the Social Media team in Barcelona from November 2026. This 6‑month part‑time internship offers hands‑on experience with social media operations, insights, and AI‑powered tools in an international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support social media reporting and insights by preparing Sprinklr data exports and updating reporting templates.
• Upload, tag, schedule and organize content across channels, ensuring brand consistency.
• Coordinate follow‑ups with local markets, maintain action trackers and ensure timely completion.
• Assist with basic Sprinklr platform administration, documentation updates and quality checks.
• Prepare draft slides and reports in PowerPoint summarising performance and recommendations.
• Conduct desk research on social media trends, formats and best practices.

Required profile

• Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business or related field.
• Strong interest in social media, digital strategy, data and AI‑powered tools.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to sign a university internship agreement and start in November 2026.
• Organised, detail‑oriented and proactive with a willingness to learn.

Required skills

• Comfortable using Sprinklr (or willing to learn).
• Proficiency in PowerPoint.
• Proficiency in Excel.
