Fashion Customer Representative (French Speaking) – On-site

About the role

Join a leading luxury fashion and lingerie brand as a Fashion Customer Representative. You will be the voice of the brand, delivering exceptional service to French‑speaking customers across multiple channels while embodying confidence, style, and a customer‑first mindset.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality support via phone, email, chat and digital platforms.
• Offer pre‑ and post‑sale guidance, ensuring every customer feels valued.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of product collections and brand guidelines.
• Log interactions accurately, meet SLA and quality standards, and escalate issues when necessary.
• Collaborate with team leaders and peers, participating in regular meetings.

Required profile

• Fluent French (C2) and advanced English communication skills.
• Previous experience in a contact‑centre or customer‑service environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication, warm and professional demeanor.
• Ability to build rapport quickly, show genuine empathy, and prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced setting.
• Proactive, positive attitude with a passion for fashion and styling.

• Full‑time temporary contract (39 hours/week) with rotating shifts Monday‑Saturday.
• Annual gross salary of €19,600 plus up to €1,800 bonus.
