Fashion Support Consultant (French speaking) – Onsite

About the role

Join a global technology and services leader as a Fashion Support Consultant, providing bilingual (French/English) assistance to customers of leading fashion brands. Based in Barcelona, you will work on‑site, handling a variety of customer inquiries through phone, email and other channels.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to incoming customer interactions via phone, email and chat, ensuring a high‑quality service experience.
• Log all contacts accurately and deliver timely solutions in line with service level agreements.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of products, services and internal systems.
• Identify and escalate complex cases to senior teams when necessary.

Required profile

• Bilingual French with advanced English proficiency.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced customer service environment.
• Strong listening, problem‑solving and ownership mindset.
• Motivated to learn and deliver excellent customer experiences.

Required skills

• Windows operating system.
• Microsoft Office suite.
• Internet settings and basic IT troubleshooting.

What we offer

• Full‑time fixed‑term contract (39 hours/week), Monday‑Friday 09:00‑18:00.
