F&B Assistant Intern – Madrid

About the role

We are looking for a motivated F&B Assistant Intern to support our Spain F&B Manager in driving operational excellence across existing and newly opened restaurants in Madrid. This 6‑month internship offers hands‑on experience in logistics, procurement and menu analytics within a fast‑growing hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations: manage deliveries, maintain stock levels and develop logistical procedures for new restaurant openings.
• Support procurement activities for food, beverage and non‑food items, keeping supplier databases and pricing information up to date.
• Assist in rolling out seasonal menus, audit recipes, monitor F&B costs and analyse performance data to identify margin‑improving opportunities.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or Food & Beverage Management.
• Strong analytical mindset with a passion for the food industry.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; additional Italian or French is a plus.
• Proactive, resilient, organized and eager to work in a dynamic, high‑growth setting.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
