Fenergo (FenX) Configuration Analyst

About the role

Davies is looking for a Fenergo Certified Configurator with hands-on experience configuring and implementing Fenergo Fen-X solutions. The role covers the design, configuration, testing and deployment of client lifecycle management (CLM), onboarding, KYC and regulatory compliance workflows within the Fenergo platform, working closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, business analysts and development teams. The position is permanent and full time, with a flexible location depending on project requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and customise Fenergo Fen-X components such as workflows, rules, forms, data models, integrations and user interfaces.
• Translate business requirements and functional specifications into configurable Fenergo solutions.
• Design and maintain onboarding, KYC, AML, CLM and regulatory compliance processes.
• Support integration between Fenergo and upstream and downstream systems.
• Develop and run unit, system and user acceptance tests, and troubleshoot configuration issues.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects and Technical Leads, take part in release planning, deployment and post-production support.
• Create and maintain configuration documentation, process flows and operational procedures.

Required profile

• Fenergo Certified Professional (mandatory); current certification strongly preferred.
• 2 to 5+ years of Fenergo experience, including at least 2 years with Fen-X configurations.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, Business or a related discipline.
• Preferred: experience delivering Fenergo implementations for global banking, capital markets, wealth management or asset management clients; exposure to cloud-based and SaaS deployments; knowledge of FATCA, CRS, MiFID II, EMIR, Dodd-Frank and related regulations; DevOps, CI/CD and release management experience; additional AML/FCC certifications.

Required skills

• Fenergo Fen-X configuration and workflow, business rule and form design.
• Knowledge of REST APIs and integration concepts.
• Experience in Agile delivery environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills, plus excellent verbal and written communication.

Salary: 30,000 to 50,000 EUR per year.
