Field Sales Representative - Networking

About the role

Arrow Enterprise Computing Solutions (ECS), part of Arrow Electronics, is looking for a Field Sales Representative for its Networking portfolio to join the sales team in Alcobendas, Spain. You will build and maintain customer relationships and identify future opportunities within the networking business, working within an assigned account base.

Key responsibilities

• Grow the business in the assigned account base, expand market share and maximize Arrow's share of customer spend.
• Define critical markets in the territory and use sales methodologies to build key relationships for solution selling.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly revenue targets.
• Maintain relationships with customer contacts responsible for design opportunities and deal with existing business challenges.
• Develop strategic account plans and manage account issues and complaints.
• Prioritize time on the largest growth opportunities and keep up to date on competitors and the marketplace.

Required profile

• 2-3 years of experience in business development or account management.
• Degree-level education with experience in a related business.
• Proven ability to deliver client-focused solutions.
• Availability for occasional business travel.
• Fluency in Spanish and English is an asset.
