Field Training Manager - Iberia (Spain & Portugal)

About the role

Charlotte Tilbury Beauty is hiring a Field Training Manager for Iberia (Spain and Portugal), based in Madrid. The role manages the education and development of store-based Managers and Artists through physical and virtual training, while keeping the Learning Management System accurate and effective. It works closely with the Field Sales Manager to define the people plan and strategy for the area.

Key responsibilities

• Lead delivery of training materials across the Magic Experience service model and intermediate artistry development, including full curriculum facilitation (induction, social and developmental training)
• Manage operational business management and area education strategy, and cover all-new launch NPD and skincare training
• Monitor KPIs, give feedback to Field Sales Managers and adapt training to improve learning outcomes
• Define a training and development plan with Field Sales Managers, covering high-potential development, succession planning and addressing under-performance
• Make regular, objective-focused store visits with clear KPIs and rigorous follow-up, plus high-quality virtual and physical training sessions
• Contribute to regional retail evolution projects and run area meetings with the Field Sales Manager
• Lead by example on counter and online during events, meetings and trainings

Required profile

• Experience working within the beauty industry
• Proven experience coaching to deliver high performance
• Fluent local language and English
• Able to travel within the assigned territory weekly and occasionally internationally
