About the role

Springer Nature’s Macmillan Education division is seeking a Finance Analyst to support its Iberia and Western Europe operations. You will work in a dynamic, international environment, providing high‑quality financial analysis and commercial insight that drives strategic decisions across multiple markets.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, monitor and update budgets and forecasts for Iberia and Western Europe.
• Participate in monthly and group reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Analyse product profitability, market performance and financial trends to support strategic decision‑making.
• Collaborate on central finance projects at regional and group level.
• Work closely with cross‑functional teams and senior stakeholders to deliver actionable financial insights.
