Finance Analyst – Prime Video

About the role

Amazon Prime Video is expanding rapidly across Europe, the Middle East and North Africa. The International Finance team is looking for a Commercial Finance Analyst to partner with business leaders for Italy, Spain, Turkey and the MENA region, driving financial performance and strategic decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Own country P&L statements and performance KPIs, providing regular analysis and insights.
• Develop short‑ and long‑term financial forecasts based on content and product inputs.
• Continuously assess actual results against forecasts, explain variances and recommend corrective actions.
• Serve as the primary knowledge source on why plans were met or missed, translating findings to senior leaders.
• Lead content selection planning and integrate it into financial forecasts.
• Prepare and present business cases, deep‑dive analyses, and reviews to influence data‑driven decisions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, statistics, business or a related quantitative field.
• Experience in tax, finance, or other analytical roles, including accounts receivable/payable.
• Proven ability to apply financial KPIs to analyses and build operational reports.
• Track record of creating process improvements through automation and continuous‑improvement projects.
• Preferred: MBA or CPA, and experience delivering impactful financial models.
