Finance Business Partner - Generalist

About the role

We are looking for a Finance Business Partner (Generalist) to act as the financial co‑pilot for our product verticals and central HQ teams. Based in Barcelona, you will work closely with Product Managers, Growth Leads and Vertical CEOs to translate product milestones and operational costs into accurate, bottom‑up financial models that feed the global corporate plan.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end unit‑economics visibility and P&L accuracy for each app vertical.
• Develop and maintain driver‑based operational forecasts using product metrics such as active users, conversion rates, churn and ARPU.
• Manage budget discipline and cost efficiency for global HQ cost centres (engineering, data, talent acquisition, G&A).
• Reconcile platform performance data (Looker) with ledger actuals (NetSuite) to ensure data‑to‑ledger integrity.
• Build and maintain app‑level P&L models in Microsoft Excel, leveraging the Claude for Excel add‑in.
• Support the migration of financial planning to the Pigment platform.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with a deep understanding of B2C mobile unit economics and digital subscription lifecycles.
• Proven experience in bottom‑up forecasting and cost‑center allocation.
• Excellent communication skills to advise and influence non‑finance product teams.
