Finance Business Partner - Generalist

About the role

Codeway is looking for a Finance Business Partner (FBP) Generalist to act as the financial co‑pilot for its product verticals and central HQ teams. You will work closely with Product Managers, Growth Leads and CEOs, translating product milestones and operational costs into accurate, bottom‑up financial inputs that drive the global corporate plan.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end unit‑economics visibility and P&L accuracy for each app vertical.
• Manage budget discipline and cost efficiency for global HQ cost centres (Engineering, Data Lakes, Talent Acquisition, G&A).
• Translate product milestones, feature launches and overhead into structured financial models.
• Ensure data‑to‑ledger reconciliation between Looker performance metrics and NetSuite actuals.
• Develop driver‑based forecasts using Excel and Claude for Excel add‑in.
• Support migration to the Pigment enterprise planning platform.

Required profile

• Strong financial precision combined with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to advise and influence non‑finance product teams.
• Experience with B2C mobile unit economics, subscription lifecycles and app‑store payout mechanics.
• Proven track record in bottom‑up operational forecasting and cost‑center management.
