Finance Business Partner Iberia

About the role

Henry Schein, a Fortune 500 healthcare solutions provider, is looking for a Finance Business Partner Iberia to act as a trusted advisor to its leadership team. The role combines financial expertise with strategic business partnering, supports operations across Spain and Portugal and works closely with the global Finance organization.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the Country Manager and leadership team on strategic and operational decisions.
• Coordinate accounting with Global Business Services, ensuring compliance with Group policies, US GAAP and local standards.
• Oversee statutory reporting, financial statements, audits, tax compliance and legal coordination.
• Deliver monthly management reporting, financial analysis and insights, including P&L reviews, headcount reporting and variance analysis.
• Coordinate monthly forecasts and support the annual budgeting process.
• Develop KPIs and Power BI reporting, and drive financial governance and process improvements.
• Take part in international and cross-functional projects and build relationships with Finance teams across Europe and globally.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
• Previous finance experience in an international or multinational company.
• Strong knowledge of accounting, financial reporting, controlling and finance business partnering.
• Solid understanding of Spanish accounting and tax regulations.
• Bilingual English (written and spoken) is essential; native or fluent Spanish required, Portuguese a plus.

Required skills

• ERP systems and reporting tools.
• Power BI or similar business intelligence tools.
• SAP knowledge is a strong advantage.
