Finance Consultant – DACH Market

About the role

Factorial is seeking a Finance Consultant to support its DACH‑region clients. You will work with a team of 15+ consultants to adapt and scale Factorial’s finance management solutions, ensuring they meet each client’s unique processes and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead finance enablement projects, guiding clients through implementation and optimisation of finance operations.
• Design repeatable service packages covering discovery, training, and strategic advisory.
• Act as a trusted advisor, identifying inefficiencies and recommending improvements to meet financial policies and audit readiness.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to deliver consistent, high‑quality service.
• Provide product feedback, support testing, and validate new features against client needs.
• Contribute expertise to marketing campaigns and educational content.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration or related field (Master’s or CFA/CPA a plus).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in finance consulting, financial operations, or ERP/SaaS implementation.
• Fluent English and native‑level German (additional Spanish or French a plus).
• Strong understanding of finance processes such as approvals, expenses, budgeting and reporting.
