Finance Controller

About the role

We are looking for a Finance Controller to join our global GBS Finance team in Terrassa. In this hybrid, full‑time position you will act as a Finance Business Partner, ensuring financial accuracy, supporting performance analysis and helping drive strategic decisions for local and regional operations.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse financial performance and support budgeting and target‑setting processes.
• Prepare and deliver accurate, timely financial reports.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies, ensuring data integrity across systems.
• Serve as the primary contact for Service Owners on financial data and analysis.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and local regulations.
• Support audits, reporting processes and maintain financial infrastructure.
• Contribute to local and global projects and initiatives.
• Provide backup to the Hub Manager and assist accounting functions as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field; professional certifications (CPA, CMA, ACCA) are a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in financial management, analysis and budgeting.
• Experience working across South‑European countries (Spain, Portugal, Italy, Greece) is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify discrepancies and improve processes.
• Fluent in English; additional languages such as Italian or Greek are advantageous.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with Power BI for financial analysis and reporting.
