Finance Internship – 6-month paid role in Madrid

About the role

Join the Finance Team of Philips HealthSystem Iberia for a six-month, paid internship in Madrid. You will work closely with Market Business Partners, billing managers and project managers, gaining exposure to sales incentives, monthly closing and project controlling while using SAP, Salesforce and Power BI.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with the sales incentives process and support monthly financial closure.
• Analyse IGM data, detect and control deviations.
• Participate in project controlling tasks such as planning revisions, purchase‑order checks, cost and deviation monitoring.
• Collaborate with Market BP, billing manager, supply‑chain and sales specialists.

Required profile

• Enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration or Finance, able to commit 35 hours/week in a morning schedule.
• Proactive, communicative, optimistic team player with a problem‑solving mindset.
• Fluent Spanish and strong English proficiency.
• Comfortable with MS Office and intermediate Excel skills.
