Finance Manager, FP&A

About the role

Joko is seeking a Finance Manager for its newly created FP&A pole. Reporting to the VP of Finance, you will own the forward‑looking financial view of the business, shaping budgets, forecasts and strategic decisions as the company scales globally.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the budget, re‑forecast and long‑term business planning process for your scope, including scenario and sensitivity analysis.
• Partner with revenue, marketing and cost‑centre owners as the primary financial interlocutor, challenging performance and co‑owning corrective actions.
• Identify and drive cost‑optimization opportunities in collaboration with Procurement.
• Develop and maintain a multi‑year financial model covering several geographies and business lines.
• Provide data‑driven insights to support major operational decisions and risk assessments.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations.
• Experience influencing budget owners and senior stakeholders.
• Comfort working in a fast‑growing, international environment.
