Finance Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Finance Manager to join our consolidation team and drive the quality of our financial reporting. You will work at the core of group consolidation, ensuring compliance with IFRS and US GAAP while collaborating with internal stakeholders and external auditors.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare reporting packages and group financial statements in line with IFRS/US GAAP, including cash flow, notes and management reports.
• Review monthly reporting packages from international subsidiaries and perform intercompany eliminations.
• Create monthly journal entries for consolidation purposes.
• Administer and improve the Consolidation Tool to enhance accuracy.
• Liaise with external auditors and manage the audit process for the group and subsidiaries.
• Implement and update IFRS and US GAAP standards according to group accounting policy.
• Support ad‑hoc projects in coordination with accounting and controlling functions.

Required profile

• Degree in economics or commercial education with a focus on financial accounting.
• 2‑5 years of experience in group accounting/consolidation.
• Strong analytical mindset and solid understanding of numbers.
• Business‑level fluency in English.

Required skills

• Knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP.
• Advanced MS Excel skills.
• Familiarity with Business Central, Tagetik, Oracle ERP or FCCS (advantageous).
