Finance Operations & Support Lead (French/English) – Barcelona

About the role

Naboo, the European leader in MICE procurement, is looking for a Finance Operations & Support Lead to join its Barcelona office. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate invoicing, handling supplier and client queries, and supporting the rapid growth of our event‑tech platform.

Key responsibilities

• Validate final amounts for past events, ensure correct invoicing to clients and suppliers.
• Provide clear answers to client and supplier questions regarding invoices, purchase orders, and payments.
• Follow up on outstanding items, manage disputes, cancellations, and event postponements.
• Participate in continuous improvement of internal finance processes.
• Recruit, onboard, and train junior team members.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in finance or billing operations, preferably at a tech scale‑up.
• Fluent in English and French (approximately 50% of finance work is in French).
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for numbers.
• Comfortable interacting with clients and working collaboratively within a team.
• Experience using AI or automation to improve operational efficiency.

• HubSpot (or similar CRM tool)

• Salary range €30,000 – €40,000 per year, based on experience.
