Finance Project Manager - Business Central Rollout

About the role

Fever, a tech platform for culture and live entertainment, is rolling out Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central worldwide. As Finance Project Manager in the Financial Systems & Process Innovation team, you will run several country rollouts at once, coordinating local finance teams, tax advisors and implementation partners, and doing hands-on work on data migration, testing and user training. This is a permanent position based in Madrid.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and run several Business Central rollouts from kick-off through go-live and hypercare, owning the plan, milestones, cut-over plan and risk and issue logs
• Execute and improve the rollout playbook, and assess newly acquired entities for inclusion in the pipeline
• Run fit-gap reviews of local requirements against the global blueprint (A/P, G/L, A/R, fixed assets, intercompany, VAT/tax) and work with local teams on e-invoicing, VAT reporting and local chart of accounts
• Prepare and check data migration, reconcile it with legacy systems and external accountants, and run user acceptance testing
• Train key users and local finance teams, write process guides, and support the first month-end closes after go-live
• Act as single point of contact for each rollout and raise risks early

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Information Systems or a related field
• 5+ years in finance, finance systems, ERP implementation or finance consulting
• At least one full-cycle ERP implementation with finance scope, ideally as project manager or workstream lead
• Multi-country experience and understanding of local tax and statutory rules
• Advanced Excel and comfort with tools, automation and AI
• English C1 or above (mandatory)

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of finance ERP, especially A/P and General Ledger, plus A/R, fixed assets, intercompany and VAT
• Project management: planning, milestone tracking, risk and dependency management
• Hands-on data checking, testing and user training
