Finance Retail Analyst – 12 Month Fixed-Term

About the role

As a Finance Retail Analyst you will support the financial performance of Levi Strauss & Co.’s retail business, working closely with Finance, Commercial, Planning and Expansion teams to provide analysis, forecasting and reporting for a portfolio of over 100 stores.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare quarterly and annual financial forecasts for revenue, gross margin and store operating expenses.
• Support new store openings and refits with scenario analysis for the Expansion team.
• Deliver monthly financial reporting to senior management, highlighting key drivers, risks and opportunities.
• Assist in the monthly/quarterly close by ensuring accurate accruals for retail net revenue and operating expenses.
• Provide financial support for the store portfolio through fleet reviews, impairment analysis and capex reviews.
• Conduct ad‑hoc retail financial analyses as required.

Required profile

• Experience as a financial or business analyst, preferably in retail.
• University degree in Finance, Business Administration or equivalent industry experience.
• Strong analytical mindset with commercial focus and ability to translate complex data into clear presentations.
• Good understanding of P&L and balance sheet under US GAAP.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Well‑organized, able to manage competing deadlines and work cross‑functionally.
