Financial Controller – FP&A & Consolidation

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Financial Controller to lead FP&A and consolidation activities for our growing international group. Reporting directly to the CEO and COO, you will shape both operational and strategic finance functions in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily accounting operations and ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
• Oversee month‑end and year‑end closings, delivering accurate P&L, balance sheet and cash‑flow statements.
• Support treasury optimization, financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and cash‑flow management.
• Monitor financial performance, compare actuals to budgets, and update the Group’s financial model monthly.
• Prepare dashboards, KPIs and performance reports for senior management.
• Consolidate results from international subsidiaries and ensure reliable group reporting.
• Coordinate internal and external audit processes and manage related documentation.
• Drive automation, improve internal controls, and enhance accounting systems.
• Partner with Sales, IT, Marketing, Operations and Customer Experience to improve profitability and scalability.

Required profile

• Advanced degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in an international, data‑driven finance environment.
• Deep knowledge of accounting standards, tax compliance and financial operations.
• Proven experience in FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, audit coordination and working‑capital management.
