Financial Controller – FP&A & Consolidation

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Financial Controller to lead FP&A and consolidation activities for our fast‑growing international company. Reporting directly to the CEO and COO, you will shape both operational and strategic finance functions while collaborating with senior management and external advisors.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily accounting operations and ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
• Oversee month‑end and year‑end closings, delivering accurate P&L, balance sheet, and cash‑flow statements.
• Maintain and update the Group’s financial model, preparing dashboards, KPIs and performance reports for top management.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes across all subsidiaries.
• Consolidate international financial results and coordinate internal and external audits.
• Support treasury optimization, tax compliance, and international expansion projects.
• Drive automation, improve internal controls and enhance reporting accuracy.
• Partner with Sales, IT, Marketing, Operations and Customer Experience to improve profitability and scalability.

Required profile

• Advanced degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in a data‑driven, international finance environment.
• Deep knowledge of accounting standards, tax compliance and financial operations.
• Proven experience in FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, audit coordination and cash‑flow management.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with ERP systems.
• Expert‑level Excel (or Google Sheets) skills.
• Financial modeling and analytical reporting.
