Financial Controller

About the role

ITW, a Fortune 200 global multi-industrial manufacturer, is looking for a highly skilled and strategic Financial Controller to join its Finance team in AAME. The role acts as a key business partner, driving financial performance, ensuring compliance and supporting strategic decisions, while applying ITW Toolbox principles to grow the business.

Key responsibilities

• Short- and long-term financial forecasting and planning, market trend analysis, and working capital optimization (inventory turnover, DSO, DPO)
• Support new product development (costing, pricing, post-launch tracking) and evaluate investment opportunities
• Timely financial reporting in line with ITW policies and US GAAP, overseeing the monthly close and preparing statements and analysis
• KPI dashboards, internal controls and clear communication of financial insights
• Annual and long-range planning, participation in the FTB 80/20 process, and collaboration across functions
• Talent identification, leadership and development, including onboarding, coaching and performance management

Required profile

• Master's degree in Finance (or equivalent work experience)
• 6+ years of experience in financial reporting and analysis, cost reduction, inventory control, budget tracking and P&L management
• Independent judgment, risk management in growth initiatives and ability to work under tight deadlines
• Strong influence, collaboration and multicultural adaptability

Required skills

• Strong IT knowledge and computer skills (MS Excel, PowerPoint, general ledger applications)
• Travel up to 10%
