Financial Controller (Relocation to Cuba)

About the role

The Finance team is looking for a Financial Controller to join the group in Cuba. Reporting to the Budget & Controlling Director, you will be responsible for preparing month‑end closing reports, budgets and forecasts for the company and its subsidiaries, while driving operational improvements across the group.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly closing reports for shareholders and the annual Budget P&L.
• Coordinate inputs and deliver consolidated financial statements and other monthly reports.
• Manage, analyse and monitor financial data from distributors, including statements, overheads, income/expenses, sales flashes, stock levels and cash flows.
• Produce consolidated reports and forecasts, case studies and economic projections for shareholders.
• Analyse operating expense variances against budget and prior year, and justify fluctuations.
• Monitor key financial KPIs and enhance the reporting system.
• Develop a robust database to improve information analysis.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Accounting or Finance.
• At least 2 years of experience in finance or controlling, preferably in an international environment.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Effective team player able to work with cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Willingness to relocate and work on‑site in Cuba as an expatriate.
