Finnish Account Strategist – Barcelona

About the role

Cross Border Talents is looking for Agency Account Strategists with native-level Finnish to join its growing company in Barcelona. The role works with Media, Digital Marketing and Online Advertising Agency partners to find the right advertising solutions for a wide range of advertisers and to deliver the best digital advertising outcome for each customer.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and apply the right advertising solutions through close collaboration with media, digital marketing and online advertising agency partners.
• Tailor and share performance-enhancing suggestions, and upsell or promote other brand products.
• Give strategic advice and help agencies get the best ROI on their clients' advertising spend in a consultative way.
• Meet assigned quotas while delivering an excellent customer sales experience.
• Communicate with agencies proactively by phone and email.

Required profile

• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Native-level Finnish.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• At least 1 year of experience in advertising or building PPC campaigns.
• Strong presentation, analytical and problem-solving skills; a team player with leadership, analytical and communication skills.
• Passion for marketing, technology and online advertising, with a desire to learn and develop.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Google products such as AdWords, AdSense or YouTube.
• Experience building PPC campaigns.

What we offer

• Full-time position (39 hours per week, Monday to Friday) on a long-term contract.
• Salary of 30,000 EUR gross per year plus up to 3,500 EUR gross per year in bonus.
