Finnish Customer Lifecycle Manager

About the role

Workster partners with a leading outsourcing/BPO company recruiting a Finnish-speaking Customer Lifecycle Manager for its Málaga office. You will be the first contact point for many customers, lead sales from lead to purchase and drive up-sell and cross-sell of cloud solutions, mainly Microsoft cloud technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for clients' customers, leading the sales strategy, overcoming objections and negotiating
• Engage small and medium businesses to understand their needs and present cloud technology solutions
• Maximise up-sell and cross-sell opportunities together with Solution Specialists and Partner Connection Managers
• Turn prospects and qualified leads into opportunities and revenue pipeline, filtering them by criteria such as BANT
• Meet and exceed net-new revenue and pipeline targets, forecast sales and usage, and contact 200 leads and create 30 opportunities per month
• Maintain high daily activity, around 60-90 activities per day
• Sell and manage customers through social, digital, video, chat, phone and demonstration channels
• Collect customer feedback and feed it back to the business

Required profile

• Finnish native with fluent English (C1)
• High school diploma required, BA/4-year degree preferred
• 2-3+ years of sales experience with a proven track record; minimum 1 year in the IT industry
• Minimum 1 year of sales account management or customer management experience
• Experience with modern sales techniques and tools, such as retail sales, corporate internships or entrepreneurial programs
• Self-starter who works independently, with strong communication and time-management skills

Required skills

• Experience selling Azure, Office 365, Dynamics 365 or similar solutions preferred
• Microsoft Fundamentals certification on Azure/Modern Workplace/BizApps preferred
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Windows and CRM systems such as Dynamics 365 or Salesforce
