Finnish Payroll Specialist – Málaga

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Finnish Payroll Specialist to join our Málaga office. You will be part of SD Worx’s payroll operations team, delivering end‑to‑end payroll services for Nordic clients while working in an international environment that supports continuous learning.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full payroll cycle for Norwegian clients, from data entry to tax reporting and bank file preparation.
• Ensure accurate calculation of vacation pay, deductions and compliance with Finnish employment legislation.
• Collaborate with the team to streamline processes and improve service quality through innovative technology.
• Provide expert support for complex payroll queries and resolve issues promptly.

Required profile

• At least 5 years of hands‑on experience managing complete payroll processes.
• Proficiency in Finnish (C2) and strong English communication skills (B2).
• Solid knowledge of Finnish payroll regulations and employment law.
• Proactive attitude, growth mindset and ability to work in a dynamic, multicultural setting.
