Implementation Consultant – French Speaking

About the role

As an Implementation Consultant you will be co‑responsible for the successful implementation of HRIS software projects for French‑speaking customers, focusing on time registration and planning. You will analyse customer needs, configure and customise the solution, and provide training and support.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse customer requirements and translate them into effective HR software solutions.
• Configure and customise the HRIS platform to meet client‑specific needs.
• Deliver system configuration, training sessions, workshops, and ongoing support.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure project success and client satisfaction.

Required profile

• Master’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Excellent French and English communication skills.
• Analytical mindset, logical thinking, proactive and flexible attitude.
• Passion for customer experience and ability to balance client needs with business priorities.
