Floor Manager – French Market (Bilingual English/French)

About the role

Konecta is looking for an experienced Floor Manager to lead its French market team in Barcelona. The role requires native‑level proficiency in both English and French and focuses on delivering high‑quality customer service while meeting performance targets.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and motivate a large team, fostering a positive workplace culture.
• Ensure service quality and consistently meet performance targets, providing regular updates to clients.
• Analyze KPIs, monitor results, and implement improvement strategies.
• Coach and develop team members through ongoing training.
• Manage workflow and task distribution to guarantee seamless daily operations.
• Maintain cross‑functional communication with other leaders and senior management.
• Act as the primary point of contact for problem‑solving and client liaison, leading progress meetings and reporting.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing teams in a customer service or call‑center environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English.
• Strong multitasking and rapid problem‑solving abilities.
• Natural leadership with the capacity to motivate and inspire staff.
