Floor Manager – Luxury Club & Hospitality

About the role

As the Floor Manager at Soho Farmhouse Ibiza, you will be the face of the club, ensuring that members and guests enjoy a seamless, high‑quality experience. You will oversee daily operations, coordinate with kitchen and front‑of‑house teams, and act as the primary point of contact for staff and visitors.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a visible presence on the floor, engaging with members and gathering feedback.
• Resolve guest issues promptly to guarantee satisfaction.
• Order and purchase products for the club and manage inventory.
• Operate and update the POS system, ensuring accuracy.
• Support staff with requests, problem‑solve proactively, and enforce uniform standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimise workflow.
• Organise documents, distribute information, and ensure compliance with company policies and external regulations.
• Train hourly employees on core values, job responsibilities, and service standards.
• Maintain personal appearance and physical fitness for the demands of the role.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in a busy hospitality venue in a floor‑management capacity.
• Proven ability to manage food & beverage operations.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and strong attention to detail.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Organised, reliable, and comfortable working in a diverse team.
