Food & Beverage Attendant (Resort)

About the role

We are seeking a friendly and professional Food & Beverage Attendant to join our luxury resort team in Tenerife. You will be the face of hospitality, ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable dining experience in our award‑winning restaurants.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and serve guests with courtesy and professionalism.
• Take accurate orders, provide menu and wine recommendations, and upsell where appropriate.
• Serve food and beverages according to resort standards of quality and presentation.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth service flow.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and work areas.
• Handle special requests and resolve guest issues promptly and empathetically.
• Stay informed about resort promotions, seasonal offers, and local attractions to assist guests.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Previous experience in hospitality or fine‑dining service.
• Team‑oriented attitude and ability to work collaboratively.
• Valid work permit for Spain.
