About the role

Join the hospitality team at The Ritz-Carlton Tenerife, Abama as a Food & Beverage Attendant. You will be the front‑line ambassador of the resort, ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable dining experience in a luxury setting.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and serve guests with courtesy and professionalism.
• Take accurate orders, recommend dishes, wines and special menus.
• Serve food and beverages according to resort quality and presentation standards.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth service flow.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and work areas.
• Handle special requests and resolve issues promptly and empathetically.
• Promote upselling opportunities to enhance the guest experience.
• Stay informed about resort promotions, seasonal offers and local attractions.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Previous experience in hospitality or fine‑dining environments.
• Team‑oriented attitude with a collaborative mindset.
• Valid work permit for Spain.
