Founder's Assistant (Remote, Spain)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Founder’s Assistant to support a serial entrepreneur across his personal life and multiple ventures. This remote‑first position is based in Spain and offers the chance to work directly with the founder, handling a wide variety of tasks that free him to focus on strategic growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the founder’s calendar, inbox, and travel arrangements.
• Conduct research projects and deliver concise recommendations.
• Plan and coordinate personal and business trips.
• Turn ideas and plans into actionable outcomes.
• Own day‑to‑day operational details across several ventures.

Required profile

• Highly organized with a strong attention to detail.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities and proactive mindset.
• Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Resident of Spain and comfortable with occasional in‑person meetings.
