Founding Pre-Sales Consultant (French) for New IT Unit

About the role
Factorial is launching a new IT unit and is looking for a founding Pre‑Sales Consultant who will own the technical validation of the sales cycle. You will act as the bridge between complex IT challenges and Factorial IT’s automation platform, engaging with IT managers, CTOs and CISOs across Europe.
Key responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery sessions and deliver deep‑dive demos for IT and operations leaders.
- Present the "Zero‑Touch" narrative, showing hardware procurement and configuration in under two minutes.
- Explain compliance value, highlighting native ISO 27001 readiness and UEM capabilities.
- Demonstrate SaaS spend recovery by identifying "Zombie Licenses" and reducing spend by 15‑20%.
- Provide structured feedback to product and marketing to shape demos and roadmap.
- Track and forecast technical opportunities accurately in HubSpot CRM.
Required profile
- 3+ years of B2B SaaS pre‑sales experience, preferably in IT, cloud or security.
- Native or bilingual French and professional English.
- Strong consultative discovery skills and an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Experience selling to senior IT personas (CTO, VP Engineering, CISO) is a plus.
