FP&A Analyst

About the role

Fever, a global tech platform for culture and live entertainment, is hiring an FP&A Analyst in its Finance Department in Madrid. Working closely with the FP&A Manager, you will carry out strategic financial analysis and advise the CEO, founders and investors. The role suits someone with a hands-on, data-driven mindset who wants to turn financial data into a roadmap for growth.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse historical financials and KPIs to extract insights
• Carry out financial analysis across group operations to assess performance and propose improvements
• Help update key reports such as group monthly management accounts, per-market performance and other financial KPIs
• Build knowledge of all business areas and advise on future growth initiatives
• Improve current FP&A processes from day one
• Support the rollout of new business analytics tools
• Prepare investor materials such as quarterly updates, board meeting packs and due diligence documents for financing rounds or M&A

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance-related fields (Economics, Business, Accounting, etc.)
• 2-3 years of experience in Finance, Audit, Strategy, Transaction Advisory or similar roles
• Fluent written and spoken English
• Strong analytical, data-driven mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Required skills

• Deep knowledge of P&L, balance sheet and cash flow interactions
• Advanced Excel and Google Sheets
