FP&A Manager

About the role

Kings League, a 7-a-side football league with teams chaired by top streamers and content creators, is looking for an FP&A Manager in Barcelona. The role supports financial planning, reporting and performance management across the organization, coordinates key FP&A activities and provides reliable financial insights to business decision-makers. It works closely with the Finance team, business stakeholders and local teams across multiple markets and entities.

Key responsibilities

• Closing and coordination: coordinate the monthly financial closing across entities and markets, review P&L, balance sheet and cash flow and investigate significant variances, and ensure consistent financial data for management reporting.
• Group reporting: prepare and consolidate monthly management reports, analyse P&L performance across markets and business units, and maintain financial dashboards with ad-hoc analysis.
• Controlling and performance management: track financial and operational KPIs, monitor spending with budget owners and department heads, and recommend improvements.
• Financial planning and analysis: coordinate annual budgeting and forecasting, prepare and analyse budgets and rolling forecasts, and build financial models for business cases, new initiatives and scenario analysis.

Required profile

• 6-8 years of experience in FP&A, controlling, financial reporting, audit or a similar role; external audit experience strongly preferred.
• Multinational experience, ideally across several entities or markets.
• Fluent English, written and spoken; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Budgeting, forecasting, management reporting and variance analysis.
• Advanced Excel and experience with financial systems and planning/reporting tools such as NetSuite and Abacum.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
