FP&A Platform Specialist

About the role

You will support the FP&A team and Finance, People and Product stakeholders by building financial and operational models, designing actionable dashboards, and translating planning needs into tool configurations. The focus is on day‑to‑day administration, maintenance and governance of the Pigment planning platform.

Key responsibilities

• Own daily administration, maintenance and governance of the Pigment platform.
• Monitor platform performance, troubleshoot issues and coordinate with Pigment product, success and support teams.
• Collaborate with FP&A and Finance Business Partners to build and maintain budgeting, forecasting and scenario‑analysis models.
• Develop dashboards and reports that deliver actionable insights to Finance stakeholders.
• Capture workforce planning and actuals reporting needs from the People division.
• Serve as first point of contact for tool‑related queries from Finance and People users.
• Support rollout of new modules and features across business areas.
• Assist in training end users and produce documentation and guides.
• Co‑lead critical data integrations between Pigment and core systems (Workday FIN, Workday HCM, Data Warehouse).
• Manage internal security controls, user roles, permissions, change controls and model documentation.

Required profile

• 2+ years of hands‑on experience with Pigment, Anaplan, Adaptive Insights or similar planning platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Proactive, self‑motivated and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Fluent English.
