FP&A Specialist – Financial Planning & Analysis

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented FP&A Specialist to join our Finance team at Suanfarma. In this position you will support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis across an international, life‑science environment, providing insights that drive strategic decisions and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts and long‑term financial plans.
• Support the monthly close process, performing variance analysis between actual results and budget.
• Produce recurring financial reports, dashboards and management presentations.
• Conduct profitability analysis by business unit, product, customer or region.
• Build and maintain financial models to evaluate business opportunities.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to collect financial and operational data.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across financial systems and reports.
• Participate in process‑improvement initiatives to increase reporting efficiency and automation.
• Perform ad‑hoc financial analyses and support special projects as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Accounting, FP&A, Controlling, Audit or Corporate Finance.
• Previous experience at a Big Four firm is a plus.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Basic knowledge of financial modeling.
• Solid understanding of financial statements and basic financial analysis.
