About the role
Mindrift is looking for a Freelance Junior Journalist to work as an AI Trainer. You will help shape AI language models by creating high‑quality text that teaches reasoning, logic, nuance, and clarity. This is a remote, project‑based position.
Key responsibilities
- Craft original, clear, fact‑checked responses following project guidelines.
- Generate challenging prompts that test AI capabilities.
- Define comprehensive scoring criteria to evaluate AI answers.
- Maintain consistent style and quality standards across all deliverables.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, Linguistics, Literature, or Education.
- At least 1 year of professional experience in journalism, communications, PR, or related fields.
- Strong written English proficiency (C1/C2 level).
- Stable internet connection and openness to part‑time, non‑permanent projects.
