Freelance M&A Consultant & AI Trainer (8‑20 hrs/week, Remote)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced M&A consultant to help train next‑generation AI models. Working 8‑20 hours per week, you will review and improve AI‑generated content to ensure it reflects real‑world merger and acquisition practice.

Key responsibilities

• Review and refine AI‑generated outputs on deal sourcing, due diligence, valuation, structuring, integration and stakeholder management.
• Evaluate AI responses for realism, logical soundness and practical applicability.
• Draft realistic M&A case studies and negotiation scenarios based on personal deal experience.
• Create alternative perspectives (buyer, seller, advisor, board) for AI training.
• Identify logical gaps, unrealistic assumptions or oversights in AI‑generated content.

Required profile

• Senior‑level M&A consultant, deal advisor, investment banker or corporate development leader.
• Based in and eligible to work in the EU or UK.
• Several years of hands‑on M&A experience, including execution, structuring, negotiation or integration.
• Strong ability to spot logical gaps and unrealistic approaches in M&A scenarios.
• Comfortable working independently and providing clear, actionable feedback.
• Available for 8‑20 hours per week with near‑term availability.
