Freelance Talent Sourcer – Remote (Spain)

About the role

We are seeking a Freelance Talent Sourcer to support our partner’s hiring needs across multiple industries. Based in Spain and working remotely, you will use innovative sourcing strategies to build pipelines of high‑quality candidates and connect them with open positions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage active and passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, X‑Ray search, job boards, GitHub, Stack Overflow and social media.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future recruitment needs.
• Conduct market mapping and talent research to understand hiring trends.
• Assess candidate availability, motivation and fit, obtaining Right‑to‑Represent authorizations before submission.
• Document sourcing activities accurately in the partner portal and coordinate interview scheduling as needed.

Required profile

• Proactive recruitment professional comfortable working independently.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience sourcing candidates in one or more industries.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously.
