Fregador/a – Royal Hideaway Sancti Petri

About the role

The position is for a dishwasher (Fregador/a) at the Royal Hideaway Sancti Petri hotel in Cádiz. You will ensure that all tableware, kitchen utensils and related equipment are cleaned to the highest standards, supporting the smooth operation of the hotel's food and beverage services.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure proper cleaning and good condition of all guest-use tableware and kitchen items.
• Maintain the cleanliness and functionality of the assigned kitchen areas.
• Operate and care for cleaning equipment, including commercial dishwasher machines, hand‑washing stations, pot‑scrubbing stations and waste compactors.
• Use appropriate detergents, disinfectants and rinse agents according to safety guidelines.
• Follow the company's health, safety and security policies at all times.

Required profile

• Mid‑level vocational training (Ciclo Formativo Grado Medio) or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a similar role is valued but not mandatory.
• No language requirement; basic hospitality knowledge is a plus.
• Ability to work in a team, maintain energy levels for a fast‑paced environment and manage time effectively.

• Operation of commercial dishwasher equipment.
• Use of cleaning chemicals (detergents, disinfectants, rinse agents).
• Basic maintenance of cleaning tools and equipment.
