French Speaking Customer Representative – Remote with Paid Relocation to Greece

About the role

We are looking for a French‑speaking Customer Representative to join our team remotely, with the added benefit of a fully funded relocation to Greece. In this role you will be the first point of contact for French‑language customers, delivering high‑quality support through phone, email and chat.

Key responsibilities

• Provide prompt and professional assistance to French‑speaking clients via phone, email and live chat.
• Investigate and resolve customer inquiries, ensuring issues are closed to satisfaction.
• Use internal CRM and ticketing systems to record interactions and track service requests.
• Collaborate with colleagues to uphold high customer‑satisfaction standards.

Required profile

• Fluent in French, both spoken and written.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Adaptable to new tools and a remote working environment.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and able to work independently.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece with company‑supported relocation.
