Polish Customer Support Agent – Automotive & Hybrid

About the role

We are looking for a Polish‑speaking Customer Support Agent to join Bosch Service Solutions in Barcelona. You will assist Polish and UK customers with automotive, motorbike and power‑equipment queries, covering product information, import/export procedures, first‑level technical support and IoT‑enabled features.

Key responsibilities

• Handle incoming contacts (phone, email, letters) and respond promptly and professionally.
• Provide accurate product information, resolve client queries and explain company policies.
• Act as a brand ambassador, delivering outstanding service and building rapport with customers.
• Support customers in using IoT applications and related mobile apps.

Required profile

• Previous customer service experience is desirable but not mandatory.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and empathy when handling queries.
• Positive attitude, collaborative mindset and tech‑savvy approach.
• C2 level proficiency in Polish and fluency in English (interviews and training in English).
• Availability to start on 14 October 2026 in Barcelona and possession of a NIE number.
