French-speaking Lead Generation Expert

About the role

We are seeking a French‑speaking Lead Generation Expert to join our Barcelona or Malaga team. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to turn inbound and outbound leads into qualified opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and qualify leads from prioritized accounts, improving segmentation data in Microsoft Dynamics and Salesforce.
• Follow up on events, online demand‑generation campaigns and local promotional offers.
• Profile customer contact details to enhance data quality and segmentation.
• Convert unqualified leads into BANT‑qualified or at least well‑profiled leads via phone or online chat.
• Collaborate with country marketing and telesales teams on lead hand‑overs and telemarketing projects.

Required profile

• Native‑level French and strong English (B2‑C1).
• Experience with sales processes and lead qualification.
• Interest in technology and IT‑savvy.
• Reliable, goal‑oriented and able to meet commitments.
