French‑Speaking Customer Service Representative – Mobility (EMEA)

About the role

Axalta is seeking a French‑speaking Customer Service Representative to join its Mobility division in Asturias, Spain. The role focuses on receiving and processing customer orders, providing accurate service information, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction across the EMEA region.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for existing and potential external customers, offering subject‑matter expertise.
• Manage customer service inquiries, receive and process both regular and complex orders, and proactively communicate any delays.
• Conduct root‑cause analysis, resolve problems, and handle complaints and returns according to company policies.
• Monitor open orders to guarantee on‑time deliveries and perform quality‑control checks.
• Maintain accurate master data, invoicing, inventory, and related records.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, logistics, supply chain, credit control, data management, carriers, and warehouses.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer‑oriented position.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Fluent in French (oral and written) and proficient in English; local language (Spanish) required.
• Additional language skills (Italian, German, Polish, etc.) are a plus.

Required skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Word.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Good working knowledge of SAP.
